The idea behind the billboard is the fact that many people my age listen to classical music. Though many of us classify ourselves a listening to Rock, Rap, Indie, Hip Hop and a variety of other music generas, through research I have found that many young people do enjoy listening to classical music but do not classify themselves as classical music listeners. Most surverys that said they didn't listen to classical music stated that it was because they didn't know where to find good classical music. So this billboard represents new and old and how my generation can relate to classical music. Not that they don't already listen to it but now they know what radio station to listen to for good classical music.
